Montessori Early Childhood Credential
Who It’s For:
This program is designed for individuals who hold a Bachelor’s Degree and are seeking advanced training in Montessori education.
What You’ll Learn:
- Montessori philosophy and pedagogy
- Child development theories and practices
- Practical life skills and sensory education
- Language, math, and cultural studies in the
- Montessori curriculum
- Classroom management and environmental design
Program Structure:
- Duration: 17 weekends throughout the academic year
- Location: Stellar Montessori Academy
- Schedule: Begins in August and concludes with graduation in early May
Associate Early Childhood Credential
Who It’s For:
This program is for those with an Associate’s Degree or high school diploma, following the guidelines set by the American Montessori Society and the Montessori Accreditation Council for Teacher Education.
What You’ll Learn:
- Foundations of Montessori education
- Techniques for fostering independence and critical thinking in young children
- Curriculum development for early childhood
- Strategies for inclusive and diverse classrooms
- Observation and assessment methods
